Complimentary shuttle service will be available for attendees staying at Omni La Costa, Hilton Cape Rey, Sheraton Carlsbad, Westin Carlsbad, Alila Marea and Hilton Garden Inn to and from the Park Hyatt Aviara on all three days of the conference. Please see the shuttle schedule below.

Shuttle Bus Schedule - Four Seasons Aviara

During the below times, Four Seasons Aviara Shuttles and Park Hyatt Aviara Shuttles will be running a continuous loop throughout the property. Please proceed to either the Meadows Front Drive, Summits Club House or outside of building 14 in Osprey Terrace and allow up to 15 minutes wait time. For all other shuttle service outside of this schedule, you may simply Dial “0” from the phone in your room or call the Four Seasons to request a ride. Shuttle service is available 24 hours a day.

2023 Conference Hotel

Park Hyatt Aviara Resort Golf Club & Spa - SOLD OUT

Booking accommodations at the Park Hyatt Aviara for the 2023 program is for sponsors of the meeting only. If you are an event sponsor and would like to join the Park Hyatt waitlist, you must first book a hotel reservation at one of our overflow properties. Once that is complete, please send your waitlist request along with your confirmation number to mesahousing@connectionshousing.com and they would be happy to add you to our waitlist.

Minimum Night Requirement: Reservations at the Park Hyatt Aviara over the conference dates require a 3-night minimum stay and must include the nights of October 9, 10 and 11. If you do not wish to book for the full three nights, please see other accommodation options below.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations at this hotel over the conference dates must be cancelled seven days prior to arrival by 12pm hotel time to avoid a late cancellation fee of three nights plus tax.

Discounted rooms are available over the conference dates at the Four Seasons Residence Club for $395/night + taxes and fees. There is no minimum stay requirement for conference attendees at this hotel.

Booking Deadline: All reservations must be made by September 18, 2023 in order to receive the discounted rate. Note this hotel is likely to sell-out prior to that date, however.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable charge for one night’s room and tax will be charged by the hotel on or after September 18, 2023.
